Alex Davenport is the owner of NXT Construction. With roots deeply embedded in craftsmanship, Alex's journey began in Somerset, England, where he immersed himself in construction alongside his father from a young age. Inspired by his parents' entrepreneurial spirit, Alex's passion for building was ignited, laying the foundation for his future endeavors.

His path took him around the world, where he honed his skills on high-end yacht remodels. However, it was the call of the mountains that drew him and his partner, Jackie to Park City, Utah, where he discovered a new passion for snowboarding and reignited his love for construction.

In Park City, Alex's talents flourished as he delved into custom cabinetry and home remodeling, gaining invaluable experience with each project. His meticulous attention to detail and innate sense of design earned him a reputation for exceeding expectations, a trait he carries into every endeavor.

Alex took the leap and founded NXT Construction in 2017, driven by a desire to deliver unparalleled craftsmanship and personalized service to his clients. His background in yacht renovations continues to influence his work, infusing each project with a touch of luxury and sophistication.

Beyond his dedication to building, Alex finds joy in world travel and indulging in his passion for snowboarding, riding motorcycles, and hiking. However, it's his commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to his clients that truly sets him apart in the world of construction.

OFFICE MANAGER
Jackie and Alex moved to Utah ten years ago to enjoy mountain living. Now Jackie is a seasoned financial construction manager with a proven track record of overseeing successful projects. She works at developing and maintaining the budgets for NXT Construction, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability throughout all phases of construction.
